Who We Are and What We Do 

FAVAN is a not-for-profit support group for parents, family members, educators and professionals who either have children or are associated with children on the higher end of the Autism Spectrum. Our immediate goal is to provide emotional support and informational exchange in a confidential, non-judgmental and supportive environment and provide an opportunity for parents to network with other parents in similar situations. As part of our overall mission, we aim to educate members about current local resources available to them (conferences, other support groups, therapists and doctors) and provide help with school and other educational issues.

Please note that while we wish to provide an opportunity for members to discuss and learn about various medical, therapeutic and educational treatments and products, we do not represent or endorse any specific protocols and encourage our members to consult with their own professionals and make informed choices.
