There are a variety of autism spectrum support groups in Connecticut.  Some groups have a broad state-wide focus and members include parents and professionals.  Others are regional in nature and focused on supporting the needs of families and individuals on the spectrum in a particular area.  Most groups welcome contacts from parents or professionals.
